WHAC was established in 2005 in the state of Maine. The
organization is operated by a group of volunteers, families and
friends of the USA.
Our mission is to help enhance the lives of the orphan children
and the impoverished citizens of Cambodia! Our intention is to
help alleviate the Khmer citizens suffering and to provide them
with a better opportunity in life!
