WHAC was established in 2005 in the state of Maine, United States of America. This
organization is operated by a group of volunteers from the USA.
Our mission is to help enhance the lives of the orphan children and the impoverished
Cambodian citizens throughout Cambodia!
Since its inception, the organization has provided charitable assistance to many poor
regions of Cambodia, especially in the rural and the suburb areas. Our intention is to
help alleviate the Khmer citizens suffering and to provide them with a better
opportunity in life!
